- 2 cups peanuts (raw & unsalted)
- 3 - 4 tsp oil (peanut or olive (not extra virgin)
- 1 tsp salt
- honey if desired
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Roast peanuts for approx 4 minutes, and shake to turn them around. Roast for another 4 minutes until golden and fragrant. Allow to cool.
Place peanuts in food processor and pulse until the ground nuts start to stick to the sides. Add a tsp of oil at a time and process again, scraping down and adding oil, until a smooth paste forms. Add salt to taste and honey if desired. Enjoy!
