1 1/2 cups raw hazelnuts
3 - 4 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 - 3 Tablespoons of milk
4 - 5 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
pinch stevia to taste (or use raw honey to taste)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Roast the hazelnuts for ten minutes, until outer skins are almost black. Allow to cool. When cool, place nuts in a tea towel and shake to remove the outer skins. Discard the skins, and place the clean roasted hazelnuts in the food processor. Pulse until the hazelnuts are ground and are starting to release their aroma and oils.
Add cacao powder, milk, coconut oil, salt & stevia and blend, adding more ingredients as desired, until it tastes and looks good for you. Store in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!
